Karunashraya, means 'a home of compassion', is an alliance for poor and needy cancer patients. It is a palliative care center situated on Airport-Varthur Road at Muddenahalli in Bangalore, Karnataka. Karunashraya is a part of Bangalore Hospice Trust.

Karunashraya's hospice care services include symptom and pain control system, special nursing, specific palliative care round the clock, psychological and emotional support through trained social workers and counseling, which enable a terminally ill cancer patient to cross over without pain and suffering.

Its services include personal care, emotional support, financial and legal planning advice, symptom control, appropriate nutrition, bereavement support and medical supplies and equipment.
